• Coordinate HCFC/HFC and mercury projects across African Article 5 countries (15 projects, ~$2.5M) and chemicals/waste programme (BRS, Minamata, plastics, e-waste); manage budget, procurement, reporting
• Formulate HPMP and KIP proposals across Africa and the Middle East as expert consultant ($8.5M+ MLF-approved): sector surveys, low-GWP assessments, strategy design, activity costing, and MLF Secretariat liaison
• Verify ODS/HFC consumption data; develop GEF project concepts on Minamata (ASGM, chlor-alkali); review MIAs/NAPs and global chemicals indicators; deliver training on chemicals/waste and quota/licence systems

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and fundraising for an early-stage low-carbon sail freight startup
• Develop the business plan (market analysis, revenue projections, growth strategy) and engage potential investors on the environmental value proposition

• Supported planning and monitoring of the Regular Budget and Technical Cooperation Fund; contributed to budget documentation for the Board of Governors and General Conference
• Delivered SAP financial tools training and forecasting tools for cost-free expert/JPO positions; participated in budget reform and ERP implementation working groups

• Led France's IAEA negotiations: 2014 financing working group (+€16.6M / +28%, 36 decisions) and 2013/2014 nuclear security resolutions (adopted by consensus)
• Coordinated with EU partners and the French nuclear establishment (CEA, ASN, EDF)
